THE MEANING OF THE LIVING ENVIRONMENT 

   Humans live on earth not alone, but with other creatures, namely plants, animals, and microorganisms.  Other things in life are not only mates who live together in a neutral or passive manner towards humans, but human life is closely related to them.  Without them humans cannot live.  We can easily see this fact by assuming that on this earth there are no plants or animals.  Where do we get oxygen and food?  Conversely, if there were no humans, plants, animals, and micro-organisms, they would be able to live their lives, as seen from the history of the earth before there were humans.  Therefore the assumption that humans are the most powerful creatures is actually not true.  We must realize that it is we who need other living things to survive and not those who need us to survive.  Because it is appropriate for us to be more humble.  Because the determinants of our survival are not in our hands, our lives are actually very vulnerable

Humans along with plants, animals and microorganisms occupy a certain space.  Except for living things, in space which includes inanimate objects, such as in the air consisting of various gases, air in the form of vapor, liquid and solid, soil and rock.  The space occupied by creatures living with living things and not living inside is called the Environment of these creatures.  In particular, we discuss the human environment, but also can talk about the environment of tigers, for example, for the next in this book, what is discussed with the environment is the human environment, as explained in other information.  The scope of the review of the environment can be limited, for example a house with a yard, or wide, for example Irian Island.  The layers of the earth and air that have creatures, can also be considered as a large living environment, which is the biosphere.  Even our universe or even the entire universe can be the object of review.

ENVIRONMENT QUALITY

The perception of the organization is different about the quality of the environment, myself have a perception of the quality of the environment are all factors that can produce a better or happier life 

Environmental quality can be interpreted as an environmental condition in accordance with quality of life.  The higher the degree of life in a particular environment, the higher the degree of life of the environment and vice versa.  Because it depends on the degree of fulfillment of basic needs, environmental quality can be interpreted as the level of basic needs in that environment.  The higher the degree of fulfillment of basic needs, the higher the environment and vice versa. 

Public-owned resources have different properties from the capital that we normally know in certain private companies or entities.  Because it is public property, people can use it without payment or only with a small fee.  For example.  people can breathe air for breathing or use air to buy engine fuel and transport waste without payment.  We can also freely make wells and use the water for domestic use, use the river and sea for shipping and order fish in rivers and seas, and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the fishing area.
